The forward rotator separates the drill pipe from the drill pipe, and the gripper cannot be opened to manually pull and remove the drill pipe to prevent it from suddenly slipping and injuring people or slipping into the borehole. When using pipe pliers to remove the drill pipe, the drilling rig is strictly prohibited from rotating; Clamp the drill pipe with a pipe wrench and rotate the drilling rig in reverse to remove the drill pipe, in order to prevent the pipe wrench from bouncing and injuring people. When loading and unloading drill pipes, operators must stand in a safe place on the side of the drilling rig;

Neatly placed in a safe and easy to operate location, it is strictly prohibited to litter to avoid losing objects. When operating the gripper with hands together, it is prohibited to operate the gripper by bypassing the arm above the drilling rig. Personnel must stand on the side of the gripper handle to operate. During the drilling or drilling process, it is necessary to check the support column at any time. If any looseness is found, the drilling must be stopped and reinforced in a timely manner.

After the completion of construction, the drilling holes should be promptly sealed and connected for drainage. When drilling with compressed air, the drilling personnel must clean the coal dust 50 meters before and after the drilling site each shift. Before entering the well, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to ensure that the grouting pressure meets the requirements and other components are intact before entering the well for use. Before sealing the hole, commission the sealing pump and connect the high-pressure pipes reliably.
