When there is dangerous rock or hanging coal gangue before drilling, it should be dealt with in a timely manner. The drilling should be carried out under temporary support or under complete support conditions. Check whether the construction site has the construction conditions. If the construction conditions are not met, contact the relevant unit for treatment. Only after treatment can construction be carried out. Prepare materials and tools such as large boards, individual columns, grabbing nails, and backers for stable drilling, and place them in a safe and convenient location for pedestrians and material transportation.

The small bucket is hung on the side of the air inlet roadway no more than 2 meters away from the opening position, and moves to the corresponding position with the drilling. The drilling is prohibited for small buckets without water and wet cotton yarn on the drilling construction site. Connect the slag discharge pressure air duct or water pipe, check whether the water pressure and air pressure meet the various requirements of the construction drilling, check whether the wind water switching device can switch normally. When the wind water switching cannot switch normally, it is strictly prohibited to start drilling, and when the cooling water supply is abnormal, it is strictly prohibited to start up.

A small bucket containing water and wet cotton yarn must be prepared at the drilling site, and the cotton yarn must be soaked thoroughly. Before assembling the drilling rig, check the lubrication level of the gearbox and runway. If the gear lubrication in the gearbox is insufficient or the oil is dirty, oil must be added to the gearbox; If the lubrication level of the runway is not sufficient, oil must be applied to the runway and lubricating grease must be added to each bearing component. After cleaning the debris in the oil tank, it is recommended that the oil level be at least two-thirds of the oil level indicator.

After cleaning the debris inside the oil pipe and the threads of each connecting head, manage the oil according to the hydraulic system and connect it to the drilling rig and pump station; After connecting, it is necessary to carefully check whether the oil pipe connection is correct and not to connect it in the wrong position; After connecting the Feng Shui pipes and oil pipes, the oil pipes, Feng Shui pipes, and cables must be straightened out and neatly hung on the side or top of the tunnel.
