The clamp should be closed to stabilize and the turner should be reversed. After the drill pipe is separated from the water braid shaft, the turner retreats to the rear end of the frame, and the drill pipe is manually unloaded and stacked neatly using pipe pliers.

After the previous drill pipe is removed, the rotary device advances forward until the male thread of the water braid shaft is connected to the female thread of the drill pipe. The rotary device stops rotating and advancing, opens the clamp, and then rotates forward to tighten the thread. After tightening the threads of the water braid shaft and the drill pipe, rotate forward and backward to the square mouth of the drill pipe until it reaches the clamping position of the gripper; Close the clamp firmly and reverse the turner. After the drill pipe is connected and separated from the water braid shaft, the turner retreats to the rear end of the frame, and the drill pipe is manually removed and stacked neatly using pipe pliers.

When the drill pipe is detached at the male buckle, it is strictly prohibited to use pipe pliers to clamp the drill pipe, reverse the drilling rig to unscrew the drill pipe, to prevent the pipe pliers from swinging or falling off and injuring people. One pipe wrench must be used to clamp the water braid shaft, and the other pipe wrench must be used to clamp the drill pipe for disassembly. When the length of the water braid shaft is insufficient and it is impossible to clamp the pipe clamp, it is necessary to use the pipe clamp to firmly clamp the drill pipe; When reversing the drilling rig to unscrew the drill pipe, the driller stands in a safe place on the side of the drilling rig's rotation direction, grabs the handle of the pipe clamp tightly, and then reverses. The operator's rear path must be unobstructed.
