After drilling to a certain depth and the drilling rig and tools are running smoothly, use normal rotation and normal feed speed to expand the hole. After drilling 3-4 drill rods, apply butter to the male thread pattern of the water braid shaft once to ensure smooth drilling and reduce thread wear; Pay attention to the stability of the drilling rig. If any abnormal situation is found, stop the machine immediately and handle it before continuing to drill. After connecting the drill pipe, open the water supply or air valve of the water braid, and wait for normal water or air return before drilling forward.

For each additional drill pipe, apply butter to the male thread of the drill pipe; During the drilling process, the drill pipe should be drilled at a constant speed, and changes in pressure gauge data and the operation of the drilling rig should be observed at all times; Drilling construction personnel must concentrate and pay attention to the situation of water or air return during drilling at all times; If there is no water or air return during drilling, or if the water or air return is abnormal, drilling should be stopped immediately.

At this point, the rotary device can be made to move back and forth to check if the drilling water and air return are normal; If the water and air return are still abnormal, it is necessary to return the drill pipe and drill bit, check if there are any blockages in the drill pipe and drill bit, and handle them before continuing drilling. If there is a spray hole phenomenon during the construction process, the drilling rig should stop drilling, and personnel should stand on the intake side outside the possible range for observation. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to observe the spray hole situation in front of the drilling hole.

If the borehole does not return water due to spraying holes, the gas should be released for a period of time. After confirming that the degree of spraying holes has decreased or no longer spraying holes, and the borehole returns water or air normally, drilling can continue forward. After the drilling depth reaches ten meters, return the drill rod from the hole and remove the drilling bit. Install the dust collector and replace it Φ Drill holes with a 75mm drill bit. The dust collector must be inserted into the borehole and tightly blocked with wet cotton yarn around the outer diameter of the dust collector.
