Drilling rig handling process

The safety responsible person for handling the drilling rig shall bring all personnel handling the drilling rig to the site and count the equipment and tools that need to be handled. The oil in the tank is placed in a clean oil drum, and then personnel familiar with the drilling rig structure, the number of handling personnel, and the actual situation of the handling roadway are assigned.

The organization personnel shall dismantle the drilling rig, and the connecting rubber hoses shall not be thrown or excessively bent. All exposed interfaces shall be wrapped with cotton yarn or capped to prevent foreign objects from entering the hydraulic system, causing wear and contamination of hydraulic equipment and hydraulic oil. When disassembling the drilling rig, various small parts such as bolts, nuts, nozzles, joints, and plugs of the drilling rig must be bagged and stored together to prevent loss and damage during transportation.

(1) When loading and unloading the vehicle, hang the guide chain on a sturdy and reliable support point or crossbeam, and stabilize the drilling rig. After the on-site safety officer inspects and confirms that there are no safety hazards, the guide chain loading and unloading vehicle can be operated. Any part of the operator's body is strictly prohibited from being in the position where the drilling rig is falling or in the direction of force, to avoid lifting objects falling and injuring personnel and equipment.

(2) Before manually handling the drilling rig, it is necessary to check the binding of the lifting rod, rope buckle, steel wire rope or wire, and confirm that there are no safety hazards before ordering the handling. All handling personnel must obey the command of the safety manager, and must stand up and fall down together, echoing each other. The safety manager should observe the mountain, stop in a timely manner if any abnormalities are found, and only after rectification can the handling continue.

(3) When the drilling rig needs to cross the belt conveyor or scraper conveyor during transportation, it is necessary to contact the driver at the position. The driver will lock the switch handle of the belt conveyor or scraper conveyor and hang a power outage sign before passing.

(4) When moving personnel need to pass through alleyway repair points or other construction sites, they must contact the on-site construction personnel and agree before passing.
